The project aims at initiating and facilitating interaction and dialogue between the cultural and civil society actors, fostering intensified institutional relations between the targeted cities and their local administrations, as well as the involvement of new actors and opening of a new space for possible future collaborations.

A series of cultural events: exhibitions, concerts, theatre performances, and public talks will be organized in Nilufer of Bursa and Gyumri to create a ground for people to explore the history, cultural heritage and contemporary art practices of the two cities.
